With 28 years at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), our founder worked alongside CEOs and C-suite teams to tackle complex challenges while holding global leadership roles, including on the Executive Committee, career services, and performance committees.

We have a network of more than 30 highly experienced coaches, inspirational speakers and are building our transformation spaces in locations across Europe.
